Xapien Secures $56 Million Series B Round

Huge congratulations to GBx member Chris Green and the Xapien team on raising $56 million in a growth investment led by Spectrum Equity, with existing investor YFM Equity Partners also participating.

Xapien’s AI-native platform is changing how organisations conduct third-party due diligence, replacing slow, one-off checks with dynamic, ongoing insight.

The investment will support Xapien’s global growth, with a particular focus on expanding its US presence. The company already generates 50% of its revenue in the US, where it is growing its Boston office and relocating Chris and other senior leaders.
