How to attend the GBx Gala 2025 & FAQs

Our annual calendar highlight, the black-tie gala celebrates the Best in British Tech and brings together British founders, investors, and c-level executives at the world’s largest tech companies. Every year we have a VIP speaker and a short awards ceremony of three awards interspersed with the classic gala format of drinks reception, dinner and afterparty.

FAQs on Tickets

When will tickets be released?

If you are already a GBx member, you’ll receive an email in mid-June detailing the date that tickets will be released. We recommend RSVPing as soon as tickets are released, as every year we sell out quickly.

How do I buy a sponsor table?

Please email info@gbxglobal.org expressing your interest. Please be prompt, these do not last long.

I’m NOT currently a member, how can I attend the GBx gala?

Tickets for the 2025 gala are released in mid-July. 

Before mid-July: if you join as a Collaborate or Inspire member, you will have the chance to RSVP for a gala ticket. We say “chance” because we have a limited number of free tickets for members, allocated on a first-come first-served basis. It costs us over $500 per head to host someone at the gala, so we are heavily subsidising these, and they will run out. 

After mid-July: you can purchase a guest ticket here: Ticket link to follow. If these are sold out, please join the waiting list at the guest ticket link as we always have spots emerge closer to the date. If you want more than one ticket, please ensure you select multiple tickets when you join the waiting list.

Which membership tiers have the chance to sign up for a gala ticket?

Only Collaborate and Inspire members have the chance to RSVP for a gala ticket, not Innovate members.

If you are an Innovate member and you upgrade to Collaborate or Inspire before the tickets are released in mid-July, you will have the chance to RSVP for a gala ticket.

I’m a member, how do I buy a ticket for my guest?

Please note if you complete the member RSVP form for your guest, this will not be valid.

I can’t remember if I’ve RSVPed for the gala. How can I find out?

Please search your inbox for an RSVP confirmation titled “GBx Gala 2025 | Your RSVP is Confirmed”. If you cannot find it, please email info@gbxglobal.org.

Gala tickets have sold out. How can I join the waiting list?

If you’re a Collaborate or Inspire member, please complete the RSVP form that you received via email in mid-July titled “GBx Gala 2025 | Please RSVP”.

As a non-profit, we have a limited number of free tickets for members, allocated on a first-come first-served basis. It costs us over $500 per head to host someone at the gala. We are heavily subsidising these, and they will run out.

Member tickets have sold out, but I can still see guest tickets available for sale. Why is that?

We have a limited number of “free” tickets for members, allocated on a first-come first-served basis. It costs us over $500 per head to host someone at the gala, so we are heavily subsidising this. We have also allocated a few guest tickets for sale. Unfortunately, as a non-profit, we have budgeted for these as separate categories and they are not transferable. 

I’m on the waiting list, how likely is it that I will be able to attend?

We anticipate that seats will still emerge––from travel itinerary changes to dynamic personal circumstances, we always have last minute drop outs. Though we cannot predict these any more than you can! Please rest assured that if you are on the waiting list, we are working our way through this and releasing tickets as they emerge.

Will there be a coat check?

Yes, however items are left at your own risk..

Is there somewhere I can leave a laptop?

You can leave a bag at the coat check, however items are left at your own risk.
