GBx is hosting an exclusive reception in partnership with Odgers and Plexal to bring together cyber founders, investors, and industry leaders for welcome drinks in SF ahead of the RSA conference.

​Hosted at Werqwise’s secret speakeasy in the heart of San Francisco’s downtown (149 New Montgomery), this informal reception will feature a fireside chat between Alastair Paterson (Founder of Digital Shadows (exited) and Harmonic Security) and Michael Drew (Global Technology Practice Leader at Odgers).

​Having built and sold Digital Shadows for $160M, worked with the Bank of England to define their CBEST cyber threat standard, and now pioneering AI security with Harmonic, Alastair will share his entrepreneurial story and give insights into how to successfully enter, scale and win in the US — one of the world’s largest single markets and the greatest growth opportunity for cyber.

​This will be an opportunity to meet and mingle with some of the UK’s leading startups in cyber and AI security from Plexal’s Cyber Runway programme, LASR (Laboratory of AI Security Research) and Plexal’s wider ecosystem, who will all be visiting San Francisco for the RSA conference.
